Hi there,

Congratulations, and an absolute pleasure to meet you!

My name is Kensho Ando Heng, Co-CEO of Zero to Agent, and I will be your point of contact from here on. On behalf of the entire Zero to Agent team, welcome to the family! We appreciate the trust you have given us and are so excited to start this AI journey with you.

During the kickoff, our team will introduce ourselves, get to know your team, walk through our understanding of your project, answer any questions, and present your project roadmap. You'll meet your client delivery lead and one of our engineers. Your roadmap unlocks on your welcome page after that call.

  2. Step 2 Book your kickoff call

    Pick a time on Kensho's calendar in the next few days. It's a 60-minute video call on Google Meet.

    Bring the person who does this work day to day, and anyone else who should be there. Email us their names and email addresses, and we'll add them.

  3. Kickoff Our team meets yours

    Kensho hosts the call. You'll also meet your client delivery lead and one of our engineers.

    • We introduce ourselves and get to know your team.
    • We walk through our understanding of your project.
    • We answer your questions, and our engineers ask a few of their own.
    • We present your project roadmap, including the documents and access we'll need from you.

    Nothing to prepare. If we need anything before the call, it will be in your kickoff invite.

    Please don't send passwords by email or Slack. We set up access with you securely.

    A University of Toronto graduate with High Distinction, he speaks regularly on AI at universities and tech events across Ontario.

    Mo co-founded Zero to Agent, leads its strategy and partnerships, and is often one of the first people our clients talk to.

    A Queen's Smith School of Business alum, he built and sold a campus events and marketing company.

    AR leads the technical side of your build, from how it's designed to the hard questions about what's possible.

    He left high school early to start his first AI company, which was acquired, and now teaches our hands-on AI workshops.

    He's been running businesses since he was 17, from a coaching company to a marketing agency, and sold his first seven-figure business at 25.
